Start with clean, exfoliated lips. If they feel dry, apply a thin layer of balm and blot off the excess. For longer wear, outline and fill in your lips with Silk Waterproof Lip Liner before applying lipstick.

Thin lips need definition and a touch of volume. Use a lip liner to slightly overline the cupid’s bow and lower lip. Keep it subtle for a natural effect. Apply NikRay Shiny Rose Beige Lipstick #701, focusing on the center. Press your lips together to blend. A dab of gloss or a lighter shade in the middle adds dimension.

Start light. Use a lip brush for precision or apply directly from the tube. Work from the center outward, following your natural shape. If needed, clean the edges with concealer for a polished finish.
