    WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?


    When you purchase something from Fresh Beauty Studio/NiKOL Cosmetics/ Nikol Beauty, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address through our website.
    When you browse our online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
    Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our new launches, new online courses, and other beauty updates.

    We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

    How do you get my consent?

    SHOPIFY

    Our store payment gateway is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
    Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

    Payment:
    Your credit card information is not stored on our website it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online store and its service providers.

    Shipping policy

    Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to the USA and CANADA.  We are working on shipping to other countries in the near future. We will update our website and announce on Social Media when we open up to more countries. Thank you for your patience.

    For USA orders over $125 we offer FREE SHIPPING. *after all discounts.

    Duties and Taxes are not included in pricing for Canada orders. Shipping costs do not cover Canada's import Duties and Taxes. Please allow up to 12 days to receive your international shipment. 

    Can you expedite my shipping?

    Yes, we have a 2- Business Day shipping options for $15.00. Please note orders need to be placed before 12pm EST for this option. If you order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday it is not considered a business day.

    PO Boxes and Military addresses do not qualify for 2-Business Day shipping.

    Please note we are not responsible for where your post person delivers your package. Once it leaves our shipping department, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

    How will I know if my order was confirmed?

    You will receive an email confirmation and text message (if you signed up for SMS alerts) with an order number from Fresh Beauty Studio at the time your order is placed detailing all items you ordered.

    Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

    Yes, once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created you will receive a confirmation email update letting you know your USPS tracking number. You will also receive an SMS text message if you signed up for that feature. Please track your package so there are no issues receiving your order.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders that are received before 12pm EST will be packed and shipped that day. Please allow for 3-5 business days to receive your order. 

    What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    All orders have a postcard with information on what to do in the case of a damaged product. We understand that packages can be damaged during transit, we require that you contact customer service portal HERE within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a photo of your product(s) that were damaged in shipping. Please email hello@nikolbeauty.com if you have any issues reaching our self service portal.  


    Store Return Policy

    Nikol Beauty Return/Refund Policy: We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order closely prior to checking out. We are unable to exchange products once they leave our warehouse due to our products being personal products and for the safety of our customers. 
    In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support portal HERE within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of the invoice that came inside their order.
