Use a matching lip liner for precision. Outline your lips, following their natural shape. For a fuller look, slightly overline the cupid’s bow and lower lip. Fill in with Fleur Lipstick #34 using the bullet or a lip brush. Press lips together to blend.

Thin lips need definition. Choose a lip liner slightly darker than your lipstick—Cameo works well. Overline slightly, but keep it natural. Apply lipstick, then dab a lighter shade or gloss in the center to create volume.

Start light. Apply in thin layers and build up. Use a lip brush for control. If mistakes happen, clean up with concealer and a small brush.
