What cookies are

How we use cookies

We group the cookies on our store into four categories.

1. Strictly necessary

These make the store work. They remember what is in your cart, keep your checkout session secure, support Shop Pay and other payment methods, prevent fraud, and load the correct version of the site for your region and currency. They are set by Shopify, which hosts our store, and by Shop Pay. The site cannot function without them, so they cannot be switched off.

2. Analytics and performance

These help us understand which pages people visit, what they search for, and where the experience breaks down, so we can improve it.

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and behavior reporting.
• Google Tag Manager — the container that loads several of the tags listed on this page.
• Google Merchant Center — measures how our product listings perform in Google Shopping.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and can replay anonymized session recordings and build heatmaps. Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields.
• Shopify Analytics — store-level traffic and sales reporting built into our platform.
• Bugsnag — reports JavaScript errors so we can fix broken pages.

3. Advertising

These let us show relevant ads and measure whether they worked.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — conversion tracking, audience building, and remarketing.
• TikTok Pixel — conversion tracking and audience building for TikTok ads.
• Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET) — conversion tracking and audience building for search ads.
• Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing.
• ShopMy — attributes sales to the creators and affiliates who refer them.

4. Functional and marketing

• Klaviyo — powers our email and SMS program, remembers whether you have already seen a sign-up offer, and associates on-site browsing with your subscriber profile if you have subscribed.
• Junip — collects and displays product reviews.
• Gorgias — runs our customer support chat and keeps your conversation history.
• Octane AI — powers the Makeup Quiz and remembers your answers so we can recommend shades.
• Back-in-stock and rewards apps — remember which products you asked to be notified about and your rewards balance.

Third-party cookies

Several of the cookies above are set by companies other than us. When they are, that company processes the data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read it. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may be treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. state privacy laws; see "Your choices" below for how to opt out.

Your choices

Cookie banner. Where required by law, we present a consent banner when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site.

Browser controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.
