We ship via USPS both domestically and to Canada. Please allow for 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 days for Canadian orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the USA and CANADA by USPS first class shipping or my Priority Mail depending on package weight. We are working on shipping to other countries in the near future. Do You Take Returns?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of the invoice that came inside their order.
How Do I Know My Order Was Received?

Fiercely Smooth Face Primer
I only gave it a 4 "because" it took me a long time to learn how to use it and to use with what other products for "my" face. Now that I have it figured out, I find that I love it. For me (I had to re-watch videos) I was using two pumps. Wrong, I only needed 1, maybe a tad more depending on my face. I wasn't listening to my face and I found that a huge oversight on my part. Someday I was inside and not subject to the sun, other days. I was on the go; in and out of the car air conditioner, as well as stores. Kansas is known for its humidity, I found myself dabbing at my face. I could go on, but think you get the idea. So, depending on my day, "any day" for me, I stopped putting too much on, the result was instant. No more peeling (correct term where it balls up ?) Just smooth skin. I had to use my Nikol's Serum Foundation and not my BB cream. I know everything is made to work with everything else, but we're all different or I'm still on a learning curve. I'm still in my first bottle and received my backup bottle as I can put myself together without much thought now. So I do love it, use it only where I need it, and I'm happy, my face is happy, and I swear I can hear my products clapping as I shut my draw. Lol. Win-Win. Thank you, Donna
p.s. I looked through the other reviews before posting mine, and I'm not being hateful, thats just not me, just observate. I noticed every review that had problems i.e. airless pump, allergic, or just didn't like it, you have a "pat or the same" response to them. I know you have a lot of people to respond to and I've received some very sweet responses from you. But, maybe you forget during the hectic day, these ladies may be on a fixed income and have to save up to buy what they want, one had cancer, another having trouble with her hands to open or work the jar. God Bless your hard work.
Face primer works okay. About the same as most primers I’ve tried. Be careful and use sparingly because it has a tendency to peel.
