How and Where Do You Ship?

We ship via USPS both domestically and to Canada. Please allow for 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 days for Canadian orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship to the USA and CANADA by USPS first class shipping or my Priority Mail depending on package weight. We are working on shipping to other countries in the near future. We will update our website and announce on Social Media when we open up to more countries. Thank you for your patience.

Do You Take Returns?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of the invoice that came inside their order.

How Do I Know My Order Was Received?

You will receive an email confirmation and text message (if you signed up for SMS alerts) with an order number from Fresh Beauty Studio at the time your order is placed detailing all items you ordered.

I unfortunately bought this twice. I didn’t care for the first one. I wanted a different color. But you can’t return anything, even if unopened. So it’s more of a complaint against company policy rather than the liner. The liner itself is nice and silky. But the pink color is not light. It was too dark for me.

Lip liner not working for me

I trust Nikol's advice always. i had high expectations regarding her lip liner (one of the areas that i need a lot of help). I dont see that the liner is working to avoid the bleeding of my lipstick

Prep with Rose Lip Balm: Start your makeup routine with our Rose Lip Balm. This allows it time to absorb and avoids creating a heavy barrier.

Apply Lip Liner Correctly: At the end of your routine, fill in your entire lip with lip liner before applying lipstick. Be sure the lipstick stays within the liner’s edges for a polished look.

Use Crystal Clear Lip Liner: This clear liner can be used along the outer edge of your lips to keep everything in place while maintaining a natural look.

Avoid Heavy Top Layers: Adding a heavy lip treatment or gloss can sometimes cause lipstick to move into unwanted areas.

I’ve tried many liners over the years. Nikol Beauty are smooth goin on and staying on. The colors are beautiful and many times I line and fill in my lips with just the liner. Then swipe some Nikol Beauty gloss over them. Easy breezy…done!
